The Space:

This private in-law suite is thoughtfully designed to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space features a queen bed, sleeper sofa, Smart TV, guest WiFi, and a private bathroom with a beautifully updated shower and dedicated water heater.



You'll also find a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy a quick breakfast or late-night snack before heading out to explore Boise.



The suite is situated behind a single family home, above a detached garage with its own private entrance, allowing guests to come and go independently.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the suite, private bathroom, dedicated parking space, and backyard entry path.



Please park in the rear alley parking area and enter through the backyard gate using the check-in instructions provided before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Boise's historic East End, one of the city's most desirable neighborhoods, you'll enjoy the perfect combination of outdoor recreation and urban convenience.



Just one block away, you'll find direct access to the Boise Foothills trail system with miles of hiking, trail running, and mountain biking. Table Rock, Military Reserve, the Boise Greenbelt, and the Idaho Botanical Garden are all nearby.



Downtown Boise is less than 1.5 miles away and offers outstanding restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment. Boise State University, Albertsons Stadium, ExtraMile Arena, and Outlaw Field are all just minutes away.

Pets are welcome. Please include pets in your reservation and clean up after them during your stay. You may occasionally see residents or guests at the main house. They do not manage the suite. Please direct all questions and requests through the booking platform so our management team can assist you promptly. Kid-friendly amenities including a pack 'n play and high chair may be available upon request. Please inquire before arrival, as supplies are limited. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for neighbors.



Interaction with Guests:

While the homeowners reside in the main house, Evergreen Management handles all guest communications and support. We respect your privacy but are readily available should you need anything during your stay.
