Our contemporary home is warm and inviting with both modern and rustic furnishings. Have every comfort of home in this great jumping-off spot for anything you’d like to do in Boise. Just a 5-minute walk to restaurants, the Whitewater Park for paddle boarding, surfing, swimming, access to the Greenbelt trail, and more!

This clean and spacious whole-house rental comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and includes both the main house and the basement apartment, giving your group the entire property to yourselves. With a private yard and hot tub, it’s a perfect setup for families or friends traveling together who want shared space while still having room to spread out.

Please note: The main entryway is a locked, shared space used only by other guests staying on the property and by cleaners, as it provides access to the shared laundry room. Each unit has its own private entrance with keypad access

Each bedroom in the main house features a King bed, along with a daybed and a trundle underneath for extra guests. Two folding cots are also available for additional sleeping space. The basement apartment includes one private bedroom with a Queen bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room (a single bed with a single trundle bed underneath), and its own separate kitchen. Because the Apartment is located beneath the main house, some noise from normal upstairs activity may be heard. Bed linens are provided throughout the home.

We want our Guests to experience the real Boise and have fun doing it. We provide SUPs, surfboards, tubes, and bikes, all accessible through the back gate, as well as a travel crib for babies. Please note that bikes are put away during the winter season.

Just 3 blocks away from the Whitewater Park, you can relax at the beach, play in the water, and hit the Greenbelt (the 25 mile track that follows the Boise River through the city).

One of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of Boise! The charm of the North End, the urban amenities of the West End, and unbeatable access to the Whitewater Park, Quinn`s Pond, and the iconic Boise Greenbelt. Just a 10-minute bike ride to downtown, you really have it all right here!

10 min walk to the Greenbelt where there are numerous coffee shops and restaurants along the water.
10 min bike to downtown or a $8 Lyft if that’s more your speed
10 min bike to foothills with over 200 miles of mountain biking/hiking trails.
15 min drive to the airport.
20 min drive to rock climbing at the Black Cliffs
45 min drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort or Cascade Rafting and Kayaking.

* We ask that all guests to be respectful of the other tenants and to observe that after 10pm is quiet time for the property.

*There is a private patio for guests to use as well as a shared yard.


*Our House, Apartment, Loft, and Studio can be joined together for a larger group Rental.
The Loft and the Studio are both Studios that can sleep 4 each.

The lights for the kitchen island is by the couch and the light for the downstairs bathroom is above the sink.

Bed linens (sheets, duvets, pillows) for the daybed and trundle bed are in the wicker baskets in each bedroom.

Pets: Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee to cover additional cleaning. We’re unable to accommodate cats due to allergy and cleanup considerations. Thank you for understanding!
