A little bit of a mixed experience with this one. We stayed for close to a week. Some staff was great while others were less than so, but they were available 24/7 and no matter what were accommodating of requests and accurate information. They have stricter than necessary rules when it comes to needing amenities like extra towels and trash bags but they always were ready to happily exchange them out when requested. The breakfast was amazing but it was the exact same items every day, so by day 3 it loses its appeal a bit. The hot tub and pool are nice but the tub could be much hotter and some actual jets would’ve been nice. The room we had was excellent and had everything we needed including a larger fridge. Shower pressure left much to be desired but that was a small complaint for a room that really did have it all. Location is great in relation to the freeway, but the hotel is at the bottom of a hill so cell service wasn’t the greatest. WiFi worked well but requires you to reverify login info many times a day which was a hassle while doing work related items. Overall the good experiences outweighed the less than ideal issues, and we would still recommend this place, especially families with children.
