On arrival, there was no hot water and we were informed that the pool would not be available the following day. We then were informed that on a different day the pool wouldn't be available due to a private event.
We only booked this hotel because we wanted to make use of the rooftop pool so this was disappointing. The breakfast was average (slightly below).
We used the pool once and told the reception desk we would like to use the steamroom after and they said they would turn it on. They didn't turn it on and so we had to contact them again and wait for it to warm up.
We also decided to visit La Chorrera and received incorrect information from reception (they informed us that we had to book to go which was not true). They attempted to connect us to an agency that wanted to charge 1.7m $ but we managed to ignore this and get a taxi which cost only 130 thousand $.
This hotel feels more business focused than on tourism and prioritises private events/saving money ahead of customer satisfaction. If you are looking for a 1 night stay this would be fine but I would recommend going elsewhere if you want a relaxing holiday where you get to enjoy the hotel
