«We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations.
No pool/spa/gym/food.
Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it.
2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place.
Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs.

«Great place on the Cornwall/Devon border, equidistant from the stuff you can do in the Southwest. The food they serve is great, as is the staff I interacted with. An EV charger in the same parking area is very helpful, as well. I was surprised that my single room didn't have a TV. The water pressure and heat when trying to shower were never consistent (but usually okay). While not a comment about this hotel, know that this area doesn't have much for stuff to do. If you're on vacation here, ...
«We stayed one night at the hotel. The dinner was good, however the room was full of spider weeb and 7 sipers had to be "relocated". Not a good night knowing that there possably were others. Next morning breakfast was included but it started at 08.30am. To late for us, we had to get going. Left with no breakfast.»

Great place for us only 6/7min. From our daughter as we came to visit
We would of loved if was air-conditioning in rooms, but as we had fans in your room was very helpful in the hottest day/nights. When fans are quiet, we did have one loud fan on one occasion we stayed
But overall great place brilliant breakfast & food , staff very perlite,welcoming and helpful ,views fabulous we would definitely stay again

«Perfekt located small hotel in the heart of Polperro. Cafees, shops, pubs and parking close by. Great service and excellent breakfast. If you have room 12, it’s 34 steps, no elevator and low ceilings :)»
