The young lady who checked everyone in at around 3:40 p.m. We were all told we could not get our room until 4:00 p.m. there was a line of seven people and each person had a different problem checking in and there was only one person there and they were new. So we all understood that only to be told that you have to get back in line at 4:00 p.m. then at 4:00 p.m. when I went back in line I was asked to submit paperwork because I booked through Expedia and not there personal website and then to make mad as worse. The young lady Carmen at the front desk who was very condescending gave me the FY room after wanting the fyv to check in 20 minutes earlier and that fee was $45 but the room she gave me was the very last room on the floor which was about a quarter mile from the elevator and that was her way of trying to get even with me because I complained about the check-in process. I have never heard of filling out paperwork in this day and age when we all use computers. Also, on the last note, I think that if you cannot check in before 4:00 p.m. there should be a sign somewhere saying please do not try to check in before 4:00 p.m. but some people got keys to their room while others didn't. So I'm really not sure of the policy here but maybe it's because I used Expedia?? Either way, the customer service here is awful. They are not a friendly hotel in the Boca Raton area and they certainly don't try to accommodate and the fact that they don't have uniforms /name tags.
