Interior Comforts

The cabin was perfect! Very well maintained and clean and stocked with everything you could need! We used Waze for navigation and had no trouble finding it. We traveled with elderly family members that have mobility challenges and having a bedroom on the main floor was perfect! Our son enjoyed the downstairs level which could have easily fit more people! The upstairs was spacious and the main bathroom was amazing! We had a great time and will be back to stay here again!

We had such a wonderful time at Serenity Ridge! From booking to checkout, everything was super easy and smooth. The cabin is beautiful, really comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and private. This was our second stay here, and we loved it just as much as the first. The host was so friendly and quick to respond. Our family had an amazing time and we’re already planning to come back next year!

My family instantly fell in love with this home! The views, the location, the spaciousness, the thoughtful touches and organization were all spot on and wonderfully done by the host. The home was on cleanliness. There were lots of things to do around the house ( games, pool/ ping pong table, hot tub). Fireplaces was lovely and easy to use. Appliances were like new and kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware essentials. Highly recommend this gem! We will be coming back. I can’t rave enough and hope it’s just as great when we go back!

Spring Break Getaway with our College aged son

We wanted to escape the city for a few days with our son while he was on spring break. We wanted to find a little relaxation, a little adventure, and some mountain roads to drive on. We were thoroughly delighted. Serenity Ridge is one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. The home is very well maintained and the views are breathtaking. It was very quiet and gave us a great balance between quiet and nearby adventure. We hiked the flat creek trail loop of the ASKA trails (and it was not flat :). It was only a few minute drive from the cabin. Downtown Blueridge was a few minutes in the other direction. It was very convenient. We only had one minor issue when we arrived. Lisa communicated consistently and the issue was resolved early the next morning. Hope to visit again.

Wonderful and relaxing

What an absolutely beautiful and relaxing cabin! The owners have spared no detail in creating an environment where you can truly relax and get away from everything but close enough to Blue Ridge where you can enjoy shopping and dining within 15 minutes. The cabin truly has everything you need with a fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, soft towels and games galore. They even provide small soaps, shampoo and conditioner. I highly recommend this cabin and owner and we will definitely be back. If you are on the fence about booking, just book. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent Experience

We booked last minute due to our previous rental was iced over. Lisa responded immediately and provided us with the information we needed in a timely matter. Her home is simply amazing. Everything is top notch and no item is missing.Unfortunately, The amazing view was inhibited due to the weather but did not matter much. There was plenty to do inside with all the games provided. We did find some near by hikes which was great. We highly recommend and hope to book again soon.

Amazing place!

I can't say enough good things about this house! Check in and check out very easy. Great instructions and communication with host. We really enjoyed all of the porches, especially the one with the fire place. Beautifully furnished and all furniture very comfortable. So much fun to have the ping pong and pool table. Very clean and kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. We loved that it is so private (can't see other houses). Very close to downtown Blue Ridge. Can't wait to stay there again. We were wishing that we could live there!

AMAZING!

Look no further--this place is incredible. You will not regret booking this cabin. Lisa has thought of everything. We've stayed in plenty of mountain cabins, and this was truly one of our favorites. The house is very clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Great view from the deck. Very private--I saw a fox wander through the yard early one morning. Gorgeous sunrise views.

ABSOLUTELY HEAVENLY!!!

We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our honeymoon!!! Most importantly, it actually felt just like home. It was very secluded, tucked away in the mountains yet just a short drive from town. The lake and plenty of hiking trails close by. In terms of cleanliness, everything was spotless. Complete with a fully stocked kitchen of pots, pans, and cookware, and we were able to eat in everyday. Complete with cozy blankets in every room, and everything you could possibly need (and more). The nice little touches made all the difference. The hot tub felt so relaxing after those long hikes. Our favorite was the cute screened in porch area where we enjoyed reading, and tv in the evenings. Plenty of deck space where I was able to practice yoga everyday listening to the tranquil sounds of nature. We definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back ourselves!!! :-)

Beautiful property

The home is both beautiful and well appointed. My husband and I came with our 3 kids and my mom and there was plenty of space to spread out. The view is incredible and can be enjoyed all throughout the home. The house was meticulously cleaned and had plenty of towels and cooking ware to make our stay as comfortable and homey as possible. The owners were also responsive while we lost water and power for a short period due to serious storms that rolled through during the night.

Expectations Exceeded!!

The cabin was amazing!! All of the furnishings were beautiful and so comfortable. The view was breathtaking! We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Everything was very clean. We are sticklers for cleanliness and the cabin was immaculately clean. It even smelled amazing. Lisa is an amazing host! Couldn’t have asked for a better communication. She was always very quick to respond. All directions and instructions were very easy to follow. We absolutely loved the cabin and our stay here. It was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Everything was well stocked. Lisa has thought of everything you will need and then some. It was very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed spending time by the outdoor fireplace, grilling on the very nice grill and of course the great hot tub. We are looking forward to planning our next trip here.

Wonderful Vacation!

This cabin was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we could need and plenty of room for our family of 10. The cabin is beautiful and had a fantastic view of the mountains. We loved the game room and our kids had a blast using the ping pong table! We would love to stay here again!

So good we already booked for next year!

Phenomenal family mountain getaway in Blue Ridge! The pictures don’t do it justice. Don’t hesitate to book. Very well stocked kitchen and games. Best hot tub we’ve had at a cabin! Super close to D/T Blue Ridge. Layout was perfect for our family of 4 with a teen and preteen. Lisa thought of everything! We had very high winds one night and the cabin was sturdy! The whole place is a 10. We will be back next year (already booked, lol!) and are thankful to have found this gem in BR!!!

Nice property, but rude owner

The outdoor heater on the porch had very little propane, so use of the outdoor porch was limited. There were no cleaning supplies. The owner of the property, Lisa, was very rude. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Amazing Experience

My sister's, cousin's and I brought our twin Mom's to Blue Ridge to celebrate their 85th birthdays. Lisa went above and beyond picking up some local chocolate/candy as a surprise gift for our Mom's. The property was immaculate with the most stunning views. The property was exactly described and was supplied with everything you could need. Lisa was extremely helpful both before we arrived and while we were there. I highly recommend staying at this property. We all will definitely be coming back and booking this property again!

Awesome Getaway

You will not be disappointed with this property. We just spent a week here and it was heaven. Our family especially loved the 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, each on a separate floor! The home is huge and everything is outstanding. Tons of comfortable seating, top of the line furnishings. We stay in a lot of rentals, and we always bring lots of extra soap, pods, paper products, etc. Usually you have to run out and buy extra in a few days. Not here! So well stocked, really better than anywhere I have stayed. Cooked out on the grill, and enjoyed all the games. Watched some tv on the screened in porch when it got a little cooler. Enjoyed hikes and time on Main Street, even played miniature golf there. Recommend this property, you won’t be sorry.
