Primary Suite: King bed—cozy up on the private porch with seating for two. Use the Nespresso machine (pods, creamer, and sugar provided) to enjoy your morning coffee or a mimosa while taking in the mountain views. The ensuite bathroom features double sinks and a shower.

Main Floor Queen Bedroom, Bathroom & Laundry: Queen bed with access to the outdoor porch. Located next to the main floor bathroom and laundry. The bathroom features double sinks and a tub/shower combo, along with a convenient laundry area.

Basement Bedroom: King bed with access to the lower porch, hot tub, and hammocks, creating a private retreat.

Bunk Room: Features a full (bottom) bunk and twin (top) bunk—perfect for kids or additional guests.

Basement Bathroom: Tub/shower combo with fishing-themed décor.
Bathrooms: Equipped with towels, washcloths, hand towels, hair dryers, and toilet paper. Personal hygiene products are not provided.

Extra Sleeping Areas: Pull-out couches include bedding and memory foam toppers.

• Loft couch bedding and Pack ’n Play bedding are located in the queen bedroom closet.

• Basement pull-out couch and toddler bed bedding are located in the closet next to the pool table.

Basement Living Space: Features a pull-out couch, large TV, and DVD player, with direct access to the lower porch, hammocks, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit.

Basement Game Area: Includes a pool table, darts, and additional space for the whole family.
