The supplies provided, such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc., are intended to be starter sets, and you may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays or heavy usage.

While we are on a comprehensive monthly pest control program, this is a cabin in the woods, and some insects may get into the cabin through open doors or windows.

We do not connect or maintain the ice maker or water dispenser on the fridge. We're happy to provide an initial supply of ice if you'd like.

Please note, we can accommodate early check-ins if the cabin is ready in time, but we cannot guarantee an early check-in. We do not allow late check-outs. All guests must vacate the cabin by 10 AM EST to allow our cleaning crew to prepare the cabin for the next guests. If you add soap or any other liquids, detergents, etc. to the hot tub, you will be charged an additional fee of $200 to cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required to repair any damage and purge the jet lines.
