«The sink was clocked and retained water. The faucet was squeaking and failing apart. No hangers or microwave or coffee/tea machine in the room. No elevator to the second floor but steep stairs which make it very difficult to go up and down with your luggage. The breakfast was poor (one toe of bagels, one type of muffins and three types of cereal. No option for hot meals at all.
Otherwise, the room was clean and they let us to have one hour late check out, but that pretty much it, which was not ...

«For 2 nights, was ok.
Microwave was nasty, in & outside.
Fan in bathroom was extremely dirty & dusty. A few hairs in the tub & wall of shower.
Air conditioner & TV worked just fine, bed, sink, countertop, floor all clean. 2 baggies with tea in them, but 1 was open.
I may have misread, but no hair blower/ dryer.
Staff was friendly!»

«Dogwood Inn is truly a magical place. From the moment we arrived, Jim and Cindy made us feel genuinely welcome. Cindy’s breakfasts were absolutely outstanding—homemade, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. Jim was equally exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy taking care of their guests.
The property is private, absolutely breathtaking, and feels like a dream—a true luxury retreat ...

«We have stayed here multiple times. This time, the room was not stocked, the table was missing, no hair dryer, no tissues, etc. it did have towels and shampoo/conditioner. I did call and they got a hair dryer and 2 hangers when I called them. The code entry wasn’t working so we had to keep track of a key this time. The workers that are staying there are okay.
