Important Property Notes

• Smoking Policy:
This cabin is a smoke-free property inside and outside. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine.

• Parking:
Maximum 3 vehicles may be parked overnight.

• Fireplaces:
Gas fireplaces are operable October through April only, as they heat the entire cabin.

• Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.

• Security Camera:
A security camera records the driveway and fire pit area. Guests may not move, cover, or tamper with alarms, security lights, or cameras.

• Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
