The living room centers around a cozy wood-burning brick fireplace and a charming ladder up to the loft lounge. There’s also a basement game room with skeeball and other games.

The detached guest house studio includes a queen size bed and a pull out couch, as well as its own bathroom, kitchenette, and living room area with a TV.
