Inside, you'll find warm cabin décor and plenty of space for families and groups to spread out. The fully equipped game room features an 8-foot pool table, large-screen TV, board games, and a trundle bed with two comfortable memory foam twin mattresses. The main living area offers a cozy gas fireplace, while the wood-burning stove provides extra warmth and ambiance during cooler months. High-speed Wi-Fi, multiple smart TVs, and a DVD player ensure you'll have all the comforts of home when you're ready to relax indoors.

The cabin comfortably sleeps up to eight guests with:
• King bedroom (upper level)
• Queen bedroom (main level)
• Queen bed in the open loft
• Twin trundle bed (two twin mattresses) in the game room
Two full bathrooms are conveniently located on the main and upper levels.

Well-behaved pets are welcome when included on the reservation and the applicable pet fee has been paid.

Experience Mountain Wildlife
One of the greatest joys of staying here is experiencing the abundant wildlife. The mountain is a no-hunting, no-shooting area, making it common to see white-tailed deer, wild turkeys, rabbits, squirrels, and a variety of birds throughout your stay. It's not unusual for deer to wander through the property while you're relaxing on the deck or gathered around the fire pit.
As with any mountain environment, wildlife should always be respected from a safe distance. Black bears, snakes and other native animals occasionally pass through the area, so guests should avoid leaving food outdoors and securely dispose of trash. While wildlife sightings are a memorable part of the mountain experience, a little awareness helps ensure both guests and animals remain safe.

Getting Here
The cabin sits at approximately 2,100 feet in elevation near the top of Laurel Ridge Mountain. The final mile to the cabin is a gravel mountain road with several steep sections, adding to the authentic mountain experience. The roads are typical for the area and are maintained by the mountain community to help keep them accessible year-round.
Most guests reach the cabin without difficulty in a standard vehicle under normal weather conditions. However, all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive can provide additional confidence, particularly during periods of heavy rain, snow, or icy conditions.

Although you'll feel wonderfully secluded, you're never far from adventure.
The Benton MacKaye Trail—connecting to the Appalachian Trail—is just a short walk from the cabin, with a beautiful mountain stream running alongside portions of the trail.
Downtown Blue Ridge is approximately six miles away and offers charming shops, local restaurants, wineries, antique stores, seasonal farmers markets, live bluegrass music, and special events throughout the year. Downtown Ellijay is also just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy apple orchards, hiking, wineries, and all that North Georgia has to offer.

Peace of Mind
For your convenience and security, the cabin features a smart keypad deadbolt for easy, contactless check-in. Exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance and parking/patio areas only. There are no cameras inside the cabin or in any private outdoor spaces.
