Welcome to Blue haven Gypsy Paradise, nestled among lush trees and right on the water's edge. This unique experience offers the use of 2 Gypsy caravans in addition to the main house.The spacious deck is ideal for hosting small gatherings, complete with a BBQ for outdoor cooking. The massive green yard boasts a trampoline, jetty, and fire pit, with access to free kayaks for exploring the water. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, the choice is yours.Located on the Central Coast just 1.5 hours from Sydney, this peaceful retreat offers a relaxing escape suitable for multiple families or a group of friends. The property features a spacious deck overlooking the grassy backyard, providing a perfect vantage point to watch children play or bounce on the trampoline. A private jetty for fishing and launching kayaks, along with fantastic entertaining areas including a BBQ and campfire for marshmallow toasting, offer ample opportunities for outdoor enjoyment. The vast grassy backyard invites guests to unwind and connect with nature, while nearby beaches and shops are only a short drive away.In addition to the main house, the property has three handcrafted vintage-style caravans on-site. The main house can accommodate 8 guests across three bedrooms, each offering unique sleeping arrangements:- Main bedroom: Double bed and cot (sleeps 2 adults + infant)- 2nd bedroom: Triple bunk plus trundle (sleeps up to 4, often used as a family or kids room)- 3rd bedroom: 2 single beds, convertible to a double (sleeps 2)The house has 1 bathroom inside and the other bathroom is located outside adjacent to the garage, easily accessible from the backyard and for the caravan guests.The largest caravan (Brown), situated at the front of the property, has a double bed and 2 small single beds, accommodating up to 4 guests. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, this caravan offers a cozy retreat. It has a portable aircon and heater and a bedside lamp.The smallest caravan includes 2 single beds (narrower than standard-see photos). This caravan does not have power, but has a battery operated fan/evaporative cooler and lamp.Please note, guests staying in the caravans must bring their own towels and linen, as these are not provided for the caravan occupants (we provide the mattress protectors and pillows with protectors). Linen for the caravan beds (doona, fitted sheet, quilt cover and pillow case) can be supplied for an extra fee. Please advise us on booking if you would like to take up this option.All linen and towels are provided for the main house occupants.The medium (blue) caravan in the backyard can serve as a cubby house or chill out space, providing a fun and versatile space for children to play and relax.The property's backyard, once the site of an annual gypsy festival celebrating International Romani day, now serves as a private paradise for guests to escape and unwind. The house has recently undergone renovations, preserving its vintage fixtures and furniture, including colorful stained glass windows and lighting pendants throughout.Designed as a family holiday home, the property is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and homely stay. Children will find endless entertainment with the trampoline, jetty, gypsy cubby house, kayaks, and fishing opportunities, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all guests.Entire house , 3 gypsy caravans, private jetty. No garage parking but ample parking in driveway and on street.Self check-in details will be provided the day before arrival. From the moment you step foot in the backyard, you will feel like you’ve escaped to a waterfront retreat with a gorgeous outlook, rustling trees and the sounds of nature.There are shops and eateries less than 5 minutes away, beaches and walks only 10-15mins drive away. It’s an escape with all the conveniences nearby if you need them!It’s only a short drive to the local shops and eateries. A Car or bicycle will be needed to get around the local area. The Budgewoi lake is only a 5-10min drive away.
