«This hotel was very clean and perfect for my family of 7. The pool Rea was hot and the water was cold but they still enjoyed their self. The washer and dryer has a card payment option but only worked when using quarters which the front desk gladly was able to provide. We used the shuttle to get to and from the airport after our flight got delayed for a day. «Our room appeared clean, but we could not trust if anything was cleaned because parts had clear evidence of dirty. A child's hand was clearly visible on the wall mirror and on the nightstand the hotel postcard had a pen on top with children's drawings on the blank side.»

«Hotel itself is well-appointed on the surface however there are some flaws. The courtyard is a great place to hang out but you get locked out of the pool area and can't get back in with a room key without walking all the way around. The hotel has a self-pour beverage station but you must provide ID to the front desk to purchase a card to use it and they cut you off at $20 which doesn't even get you 2 full drinks. «The hotel was good. We had a few issues but the staff took care of it immediately they were very helpful and courteous. Everyone spoke and smiled. The only thing that wasn’t good was the breakfast. I don’t eat pork and food tastes horrible. They said they were going to serve turkey and they had pork sausages instead is very dangerous to someone who doesn’t eat pork, but I bring my own turkey products just in case things like this happen. «Easy to get off the highway. It's a nice building. Parking was plentiful. Lobby is modern but welcoming. The staff were great; professional and friendly. Room was spacious; it was a wheelchair accessiblle room. The bathroom needs a redesign.
