Gîte du Chaudron, a large house in the Morvan region of Burgundy, 2 hours and 30 minutes from Paris and Lyon

An accommodation designed to accommodate families or groups. The spaces are large and allow you to feel good. The 5000m2 wooded plot will be a pleasure whatever the season. It can be seen from the dining room through a beautiful glass door and is accessed through the 80m2 terrace area. A ray of sunshine and you can eat outside in the shelter.

Upstairs, you will find 1 landing, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
3 bedrooms upstairs can be composed with 3 single beds or 1 single bed and 1 double bed, and a bedroom with 4 single beds or 2 single beds and 1 double bed.
The landing is large and has 2 convertible armchairs, 2 shelves with games and books.
The house opens directly into the paths, it is located at the gates of the Morvan, near the lakes, and 1 hour from Dijon, Beaune and its vineyards, in the heart of Burgundy.
45 minutes from the Avallon or Pouilly en Auxois motorway exits.

Former shopkeeper, we are committed to receiving our customers in a good mood. We often make group stays in our hiking guide activities and it seemed essential to us to make accommodation that meets the expectations of the group welcome (friendly or family): space with a large dining room and its large table, separate spaces (living room), single beds, a terrace area and a beautiful grounds.

In a country hamlet, Jonchères, is located 10 minutes from the 1st shops (Liernais, Saulieu), 30 minutes from Autun, 1 hour from Dijon.
You can go for a walk from the cottage.
You have 20 minutes from the 1st lakes of the Morvan (Chamboux, les Settons, St Agnan, Chaumeçon, Pannecière)
The house is at the end of the street which continues on the way. No car traffic nearby, the calm and serenity will recharge your batteries.
