From this level, you have direct access to both a balcony and a terrace, offering pleasant outdoor spaces to enjoy. An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this area and is equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave, along with a dining table for shared meals.
