This listing is for two homes right next door to each other located right off the bustling Blanco town square with hat shop, several eateries (including gelato and cheese store, wine shop, breweries and distilleries, furniture and art, and a one of the 10 remaining 9 pin bowling alleys left in America.



The corner house is a renovated (2020) older original Blanco home. It boast 5 bedrooms, 2 bath (2 kings, 5 queens) plus 2 queen sleeper sofas and 2 queen premium full height comfort pump adjustable blow up mattresses. This home features a large exterior backyard with gazebo shaded dining, griddle grill and a hot tub.



The new "Modern Cottage" is a recently renovated (2021) 3 bedroom 2 bath (2 kings, 1 queen) with 1 queen sleeper sofa and a premium full height custom pump adjustable blow up mattress. This features a private backyard (with a double swing gate that opens up to the corner house backyard). Perfect for privacy and outdoor entertainment. We have a flat top griddle grill and a hot tub and outdoor dining here as well.

Guest Access:

Full access to both houses next door to each other.



The Neighborhood:

We are in a neighborhood that is 2 blocks from the Blanco Square and 3 blocks from the Blanco State Park River. There is private access a few blocks further if you'd like to enjoy the river off a public access road.



Getting Around:

Walk to Blanco square and Blanco State Park for the river!

We are not local, but we have a helpful and quick responding Guest Services team available 24/7 via booking platform messages or text. We also have an emergency line for any emergencies or critical repairs while on property.
