Escape to the idyllic surroundings of Pocono Lake and discover your perfect retreat at our classic cabin. Nestled in a serene wooded area within the Camelot Forest Conservation Community (members only lake - not public), This true gem is the perfect spot for weekend getaways or remote work retreats. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, our home has something for everyone.

The Space - Cozy 3 bedroom 1.5 bath cabin. About a 2.5 hour drive from both NYC and Philadelphia. Perfect cozy retreat with a private driveway for up to five cars. Our cabin sits on a .75 acre wooded lot within the Camelot Forest Community. The outside area has a large fire pit, two hammocks, and a grill perfect for for a relaxing afternoon, cookout, or evening fire. You'll feel somewhat hidden in the woods without sacrificing convenience. The closest grocery store, CVS, Wawa, and Dunkin Donuts are less than a two mile drive away. Walk into and open concept layout inside with recently updated furniture and appliances throughout. The first floor's a main room has a vaulted ceiling, 55" wall mounted TV, wood burning fireplace, sofa seating for five, a large dining table, and the fully stocked kitchen. Updated appliances and granite counter tops make it simple and fun to cook for groups of two, four, or more. There are two bedrooms and the bathroom on the first floor as well. Bedrooms #1 has a queen bed and bedroom #2 has two bunk beds ideal for kids. The house's bathroom, washer, and dryer are also on the first floor. The upstairs loft / master bedroom has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, another wall mounted TV, and a half bath. Our cabin is on the smaller side but is very comfortable, private, and accessible. Hope you can enjoy it as much as we do!

Kitchen - Granite counters. All appliances are less than five years old. Kitchen is fully stocked including stainless steel pots, pans, silverware, spice rack, knife set, cooking tools, extra virgin olive oil, coffee, and tea.

Linens - Clean, 100% cotton bath towels and bed sheets are provided.

Lake Guenevere - Between Memorial Day and Oct 15th you will also have access to a community lake with a beach and recreation area. To get there, turn left onto King Arthur Rd then turn right onto Lancelot Ln. Lake Guenevere is fishing, cookout, canoe, kayak, paddle board, beach volleyball, and swimming friendly (No swimming after Labor Day). Please be sure to have the amenities pass with you when at the lake, security may ask to see it. PA angler's license required to fish.

Lake Kathryn - There is also a second lake, Lake Kathryn, for fishing only. To get there turn right onto King Arthur Rd, right onto Camelot Dr, left onto Hwy 940, then left onto Sir Bradford Rd. PA angler's license required to fish.

Kayaks - There are 2 kayaks available for use as well as life vests. The kayaks are on the boat racks at Lake Guenevere on rack 6, slots 3 and 4. Keep in mind kayaking can be dangerous for those who are inexperienced and/or reckless. Always wear a life vest, use at your own risk.

Propane - Propane for the BBQ grill is provided, there's a tank under the grill and a full spare available if needed.

Snow Removal - During the winter months it snows often, the township plows the cul-se-sac. We do not provide snow removal for the driveway. There are multiple snow shovels available you can use to dig out if needed.

Firewood - Firewood is not provided. You can purchase firewood nearby from locals/businesses along Hwy 940. Do not use fallen branches in the yard for firewood. They are almost always soaking wet and will not burn.

Policies / Rules -
1. No smoking inside.
2. No loud music or loud noise between 9pm and 9am.
3. Outdoor fire hours are Mon-Fri between 4pm-9pm and Sat between 8am-9pm. No outdoor fires on Sundays. No outdoor fires after 9pm.
4. No pets.
5. No hunting or trapping.
6. No street parking.
7. No EV charging.
8. No fireworks.
9. Never leave unattended food outside especially overnight. Black bears and raccoons live close by and will visit if they smell food.
