This 60+ year old condominium needed some serious updating. Original cabinets etc. were serviceable but need a thorough washing, hall bath lighting did not work, bath was unusable. Several minor maintenance items (screen door latch, sliding door screen, lighting issues) apparently known to management but not corrected. It needs handicap bars in bathrooms, plumbing fixtures replaced, general cleanup of drawers, etc. Linens were old and mismatched, though the bed was very comfortable. Would probably be worth half the cost in today's market. Assuming an absentee owner, this falls on management. They need to spend a night in the unit.
