Full bath and kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig and hotplate). Off street parking. Public access to birch bay beach across the street. Property is bordered by a creek (great for guests who bring their paddleboards or kayaks). 5 min walk to Birch Bay State Park.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood. But just a couple miles from restaurants, live music, and public beach gatherings.
We are constructing two tiny homes on this property. At times you will hear some construction noise in the yard during business hours.

Not much shopping nearby. This town is all about being on the beach and relaxing. But Bellingham is 30 minutes away and has museums, a mall, restaurants, and a theater.

Blaine is 7 miles away with restaurants, grocery, marina, parks, pharmacy.

Getting Around:
Car is, of course, easiest.
However, bus 75 from Ferndale comes straight here and drops you off at the C Shop which is .6 of a mile from here.
Once you get here, you could make arrangements to borrow our bikes.
Food and groceries are a bike ride away. Also, see our guest book for the many ways to get restaurant food delivered as well as groceries, pet food, and even pharmacy items.
If you are exploring the islands, the Anacortes ferry terminal is about 1.5 hours from here.
