«The condo was lovely with amazing amenities. Very quiet but it was too far from trails, eateries, and other things to do. Had to drive everywhere and there was no view but there was a nice deck.Again very nice but just didn’t include some of the logistics I had hoped for. This was not our first time at Canaan but our first time at this property. Beware, there are steps from parking lot to unit but condo is one floor.»

«We went for a short ski weekend in the area. We had a blast! The house was perfectly located for everything that we wanted to do. «We enjoyed our stay! Was looking for something cute and cozy and this was just that. From the pictures listed online I thought this was a duplex style rental, but it is more of a mini condo with 5 units. It wasnt an issue at all, I was just surprised. Our unit was plenty big enough to accommodate our group. Our kids loved the loft area! Very clean! My only complaints were that the beds were a little hard and the pillows were pretty used. «We chose the location since it was 5 mins from the ski resort and 15 mins from Davis. The cabin was quiet and comfortable with great views of the mountains. The hot tub was fantastic after a day of skiing. Highly recommend.»

«Lovely home with a very friendly family atmosphere. The property was beautiful with horses, chickens, sheep, dogs and cats and a river flowing along the property. "Dad" made a large fire at night down by the river. It was so peaceful. There were many educational activities available: Falconry, gun handling, and safety, crafts and so much more. The bedroom was very clean but small and had a shared bath which made it cozy and homey. We totally enjoyed our stay.»

«Overall this property was nice. It is very convenient to walk to the slopes (100 yard walk). Reserved parking spaces makes it very easy to upload your belongings. Place was generally very clean with the exception of a few pots that needed to be cleaned prior to cooking and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was caked with dust so we were unable to turn on the fan to get air circulating. However, all in all I would definitely stay here again.»

«The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The bathroom was immaculate. The house was very warm and toasty when we arrived and it was in the teens outside. My only issue was the last 6 miles getting to the house. The road is narrow, winding and hilly with some serious drop offs…not for the faint of heart during a snowy weekend. But the sledding and snow tubing nearby made it worth it. »

«Great mountain getaway property. It was cozy and had all the furnishings we needed for a long weekend. The pet friendly unit was perfect to take our dog and we were very comfortable. The layout with the kitchen connected to cozy living room eith fireplace was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. Others have mentioned the toilet not flushing properly which was a concern, but as long as we held the handle down longer it wasn't a big problem. Having to take the trash down the road to the office ...
