Sunset Reef Villa is a beautifully renovated, spacious villa. All Rooms are well furnished with A/C, WiFi. Beautifully renovated, the modern kitchen and bathrooms add a touch of luxury to your vacation, and stands out from other villas. Many upgrades including new appliances, cable, washer and dryer, BBQ grill and a spa like pool, outdoor shower. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the patio overlooking Stonehaven Bay, and fall asleep to the soft and soothing sound of waves.

Great place! We were a group of six. We had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was a great treat. The beach and fisherman were just lovely to see. The kitchen had more than we could want for cooking many meals. We had great dinners at both Waves and Sea Horse just down the street.Two things to consider: if you want to get around, you'll need a rental or take cabs to go to the grocery, explore the island, etc.; and there are roosters and dogs in the morning, just be prepared. We were, and we had a fantastic time. Rachael and her crew service made sure we were all set, answered questions immediately. We would highly recommend.

Best vacation home. Comfortable, cozy and exactly what was expected as depicted in the pictures online. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Will definitely go there again.

Great location but if you’ve got mobility problems a car is a must. The most amazing views. Put sugar water out to get beautiful hummingbirds. Lovely pool. Good taxi services by the property manager and great communication. Great facilities within the house. Hard to sleep in the ‘extended bedroom’ in the living room as there is a wall whole to the kitchen. A little tired around the edges but would definitely book again!

Sunset Reef Villa is Great

Overall the Villa and area was excellent. Restaurants close and very good. We enjoyed the Waves! Walking the beach was wonderful. Info provided by Rachel was very useful for our stay. The Villa was beautiful, especially the outside patio. Wonderful spot for enjoying a morning coffed.

A beautiful villa

We loved our stay here. Everything was perfect for enjoying Tobago. There is a 3-minute walk across a quiet rd. to a very nice long beach. The house has lovely views of the beach and the sea from the verandah and 3 of the bedrooms. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the kitchen well-appointed and stocked with more than enough glassware, crockery and cutlery. We would definitely come here again and recommend to others.

Fantastic property

Not our first stay and we would definitely return!! This home is in a spectacular location with just as spectacular views!! It is directly on Shirvan Road so easy to locate. There are restaurants within 5 min walks. There are 2 main suites one up and one downstairs with two more bedrooms en suite bathrooms upstairs. Well appointed, full kitchen .

Lovely Property in a great location

The villa is very clean and well maintained. It is a five minute walk to a great beach. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance. A great choice for an extended stay in Tobago.

Family Vacay

The host was very responsive from the beginning, answered all of my questions. Check in was very easy, Katy ann met us that night and walked us through the home. The home is exactly as pictured. We spent most of our time at the pool during our stay but there are several beach options nearby. Very pleased with my stay, will be back again.

Perfect piece of paradise

This home’s location is spectacular. The views, walking distance to restaurants and beach that has good snorkeling is what make this a prime location. It is also next door to a resort, so additional family members were able to stay there and we could easily get together. Our contact was charming and easy to reach via WhatsApp and was flexible when we ran into delays getting our rental vehicle. The host was great, and despite running into a weird billing glitch, was nothing but pleasant. We will be back!

Beauty and Convenience

Sunset Reef provided an idyllic experience for our first visit to Tobago. The house is well appointed, situated steps away from beautiful Grafton beach and affords the most amazing sunset views from the entire villa. We were able to visit several of the island's marvelous beaches within short taxi rides, walk to local restaurants and enjoyed picking up groceries at the neighborhood minimarts. I would not hesitate to make Sunset Reef your launchpad for an amzing stay in Tobago and I hope to visit again sooner than later!

Excellent stay

This was the ideal villa for my family and I, not far from the airport and shops. It’s also located a walk away from the beach and the pool was private and absolutely perfect. The kids enjoyed it everyday. We had beautiful views from each room/window/door and all the amenities a group of 10 needed. Great communication with the host and property managers at the location. Any questions we had were answered promptly. One suggestion would be to update the twin mattresses in both bedrooms upstairs, so guests can have a good nights rest. We would mostly stay here again! Thanks Rachael, Kathy Ann and Gus.

Top location for family vacation

Beautiful home, practical private pool, stunning views of the Caribbean sea, veru good accommodation for a large family to stay comfortably, free wifi within and outside the house, a stone's throw away from the beach, within driving distance to shops and restaurants. Safe neighbourhood for walking.

Family Trip

We spent four days in Tobago at the home and had a great time. Each room had a modern shower and fresh linens. Located close to town, we were able to go shopping and site seeing. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we even made just a little time to run down to the beach for a quick swim. Minor issues with the shower head and handle but all else was good. We definitely would stay again. Thanks to Rachel and Katy Ann for being helpful and very responsive to any question we had. We had a really good vacation.
