Upon check in, we were given 2 room keys. No other pamphlets or information such as Wi-Fi password. Entering the room, no information on dining/wifi/bible, etc. the room phone was non-working. Had to use personal phone to call front desk for needs, had to look up hotel phone number on web as information was not in the room. There were 2 TVs, but only one remote. No coffee pot/amenities in the room. Strands of black hair found in bedding of queen beds. Pull out couch bed very uncomfortable and there was not any bedding for it in the room. Had to get from front desk…and picked up ourselves…only gave us a top sheet. Ice machine out of order, not labeled as such. Breakfast buffet was not worth the money. Foods provided were what I would expect at a free continental breakfast. Inattentive staff, long wait for food when ordering for supper: food was cold when received. Waterpark ran out of towels on multiple different occasions. Water was very cold Friday and Saturday morning. Improved Saturday evening. Hot tub water was cold until Saturday night, then was only very warm bath water. Not many lazy river tubes available. Many broken ones just sitting on floor. Big water bucket broken. Ice cream was very soft and melty when served, $4.50 for one scoop- very over priced. I could tell this hotel was once an amazing and beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately it has gone downhill, clearly appears they were bought out and not making improvements where needed. Disappointed.
