The home features a spacious main level with a large living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Down the hall, you’ll find three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a second bathroom located in the primary suite. You won’t have access to the downstairs portion of the property, but you will have the home to yourself and full privacy during your stay.

Step outside to the back deck and large backyard, where you’ll find the brand new barrel sauna and fire pit. One of the best parts of this property is the privacy. The home backs up to approximately 100 acres of land with no neighbors behind you, offering wide open views and a quiet, peaceful setting.

In Black Hawk, you’ll find a variety of casinos, restaurants, and entertainment, along with convenient spots for dining and nightlife.

Central City offers a quieter, more scenic experience with beautifully preserved historic buildings, local cafés, small shops, and a relaxed, charming atmosphere. Both towns are surrounded by mountain views and give you easy access to everything you might need while still feeling tucked away in the mountains.

Clear Creek Canyon is just a short drive away and is one of the most scenic areas in the region. The canyon follows a beautiful river with towering rock walls, offering stunning views, pull-off spots, and easy access to the outdoors. It’s perfect for a scenic drive, hiking, picnicking, or simply exploring. You’ll often see rock climbers along the canyon as well, as it’s one of the most popular climbing areas in Colorado.

Golden is about 30 minutes away and is one of our favorite nearby towns. It has a fun, walkable downtown along Clear Creek with great restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries, all set against a beautiful foothills backdrop.

Nederland is just about 20 minutes away and offers a beautiful, scenic drive along with great dining, cozy coffee shops, and easy access to hiking and outdoor adventures. It’s also home to Eldora Mountain Resort, a local favorite for skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and hiking, biking, and stunning alpine views in the warmer months.

Idaho Springs is about 20 minutes away, a charming historic mountain town known for its local restaurants, breweries, and relaxing hot springs. It’s a great spot to explore during your stay, whether you’re grabbing a slice of Beau Jo’s famous Colorado-style pizza, soaking at Indian Hot Springs, or walking the cute downtown area. With easy access to hiking, rafting, and scenic drives, Idaho Springs is one of the best nearby destinations for a quick and memorable mountain outing.

For groceries, there’s a small convenience store just a few minutes away for quick items. For full grocery shopping, most guests stop in Nederland or Idaho Springs, both about 20 minutes away. Many guests plan a grocery stop on the way in and then use the nearby store for anything quick during their stay.

Guests have access to the entire upper level of the home, including 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining area.

The lower level and lower deck are not accessible during your stay, as the owner sometimes uses this space when the home is NOT occupied with guests. You will have the property all to yourselves during your stay, and the owner will never be present, ensuring a quiet and private experience.
