Das Personal war stets freundlich und vor allem hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption wird gutes englisch gesprochen. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu beanstanden. So fehlte anfangs das zweite Set Handtücher, einmal wurde das Zimmer nicht sauber gemacht, obwohl wir extra das entsprechende Schild an die Türklinke gehängt haben (sicherlich ein Missverständnis). Der Spülknopf der Toilette ging kaputt (noch brauchbar), wurde repariert und ging wieder kaputt. Der Schminkspiegel war an der Halterumg kaputt. Das Bett war für mich bequem, ich bevorzuge aber auch harte Matrarzen. Die Regendusche war super. Ein Safe war vorhanden, allerdings nicht fixiert, das sollte besser noch geändert werden. TV war mit reichlich internationalen Sendern vorhanden. Auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank war im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut. Das Zimmer an sich war sehr groß. Das Frühstück war liebevoll und lecker. Für mich völlig ausreichend. Ich würde wieder hier bleiben und wenn ein paar Kleinigkeiten nicht aufgetreten wären, hätte ich die volle Punktzahl gegeben.

Очень приятный отель с просторной комнатой, широким окном и гостеприимным персоналом который приготовит вам завтрак раньше времени его сервировки при необходимости. Поблизости есть глобус супермаркет. До центра пешком 25 мин или такси за 7 мин привезёт вас к месту отправления экскурсий!

Большой номер, все новое. Есть рабочий стол и уголок с диваном и столиком. Кровать большая, удобная. Есть тапочки, халат, туалетные принадлежности. Есть принадлежности для чая. Завтрак очень хороший. Интернет быстрый. Есть холодильник и сейф.

The hotel is in a good location, nearby are supermarkets and banks that enable money exchange. The room was spacious, plenty of light came through however it would have been nice if there were sheer curtains as across was a bar/restaurant and people who were using the lifts could easily peer in. Staff were friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

The room is clean as well, but they put two single bed together as a double bed. One the worst thing, when we were leaving the room and packing up out stuff, someone opened the door with a room key card. I didn’t see this guy’s face, he just closed the door again when he found others were there. This is a serious security issue. What if we aren’t in the room? 房間整體乾淨,但他的雙人床只是兩張單人床合併在一起。而最可怕的是,當天我正收拾行李準備離開時,有人用房卡打開房門,但當這人發現房內有人時就離開了房間。這間酒店的保安問題十分嚴重,不能想像如果我當時不在房內會發生甚麼事情。

Отель расположен в центре - недалеко от центральной улицы. Номер небольшой, но хорошо отремонтирован, все необходимое есть, включая бесплатную воду, чайник с чаем и кофе. Завтрак шведский стол, без изысков, но вполне приличный. Заселили быстро. Из недостатков: 1) шторы есть только плотные светонепроницаемые, тюля нет, а т.к. номер на первом этаже, то при открытии штор номер как на витрине; 2) недостаточное освещение в номере - у письменного стола нет лампы и очень темно

Great hotel with excellent staff
This place is nice and clean with a big room and very comfortable bed. The staff was super helpful and not only would call a taxi for me from the hotel but I WhatsApp’ed them from any location and they would call a taxi for me. Very nice!!!!

スタッフの対応と朝食か良い
夕食が、ホテルのレストランで取れない(メニューが、1種類)点は、改善してほしい。あと、エアコンの暖房が効かない不具合があった。ただ、ホテルスタッフの対応が親身で、とても過ごしやすいと思いました。

素晴らしい滞在!
よかった点 1、今回の旅行で一番良かったホテルだったので最後に泊まればよかった。 2、部屋が広く、そして造りがしっかりしているのでゆっくりできる。 3、暖房がとてもよく効く。 4、Wifiが無料で利用可能。 5、シャワーがお湯も安定しており量も多く快適。 6、ベッドが大きく、そしてしっかりしているので眠りやすい。 残念だった点 1、2F部屋だったが、エレベータがなかったので、スキーセットをもっている身にはつらかった。 2、ダウンタウンからは徒歩18分の距離 一般的な点 1、ミネラル水は無料。 2、朝食は軽食だが、卵料理は調理してくれる。
