It is located about 300 meters from the beautiful public beach known as “La Torretta.” The villa is ideally located—close to the sea yet set back from the hustle and bustle of the nightlife scene, which you can still easily enjoy by reaching the hotspots on foot, by car, or by bike. The space
Recently renovated inside in a shabby-chic Provençal style, it consists of a living room with a dining table, sofa, two armchairs, and a fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds—one of which features a Tempur mattress—and 1 bedroom with a single bed. It is equipped with a bathroom and a kitchen. There are 2 loggias, one with a masonry roof and the other with a roll-up awning; both are accessible from the kitchenette. Guests can also dine on either loggia, as both are furnished with a table and chairs. There are 2 air conditioners (heating and cooling) in the living room and the sleeping area. A dedicated workspace is available upon request, even in a separate room with a door, provided there are no more than 4 guests.
