Charming, air-conditioned family home of 120 m² in a quiet area of Biscarrosse Bourg, accommodating up to 6 people, ideal for a weekend, a week, or longer with family or friends.

The house is a 4-minute bike ride from the town center, perfect for shopping at the market, enjoying a coffee on a terrace, or exploring our beautiful cycle paths leading to the lake and the beach.

The house comprises an entrance hall, a living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi (the foosball table is no longer available), a fully equipped semi-open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), three bedrooms (one with two king-size beds, one of which can be converted into two single beds, and one with a double bed), a shower room with toilet, and a separate toilet for added convenience. Outside, there is a large enclosed garden with a covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals. Parking is also available on the property (with an electric gate to be installed in April 2026). A sunny holiday awaits!
