The place is currently under reconstruction and I keep my can of bug spray handy. One room was heavy in bed bugs so I asked for another. And these are the consequences of cheaper prices.

"Manager" -do not respond to this with a generic reply. It's very distasteful to see you comment the same reply to every review. So skip mine while you're ahead. Booked a room as we were going through there. Got there about midnight. I have lived in conditions like this, so it was familiar, but never again. People high as hell, hooting' and hollering until 5 am, then I started reading the reviews on this place. Couldn't fall asleep because I was worried I'd have to beat a tweaker for breaking into my vehicle. The room is subpar, had a bed at least to sleep, or try to. Took a shower but didn't feel clean kind of room. No breakfast, but I don't blame them, coffee was offered. The pool looked the best out of everything surprisingly. Didn't use it as we were just headed through and just stopped for rest. Sad I didn't get to see an episode of cops here like the reviews suggest. Would have been entertaining at least.

Dirty and Disappointing
The first room they gave us had not been cleaned and was filthy. The next room they gave us was not much better. No updates in this Hotel for sure. Also this room was incredibly small. I would not stay there again.

Just plain bad
Hotel is difficult to figure out how to access. You can see it from the main road but its drive isn't marked. Once there you have to find a parking spot around the building and walk back around to the office for check in. You cannot drive all the way around the building either because the loop has rope and road cones blocking. I walked into the office and waited over 10 minutes before a clerk arrived. There's no bell to ring for service. There's a security guard outside the door that never looked up from playing on his phone the entire time i was in the area. While walking to my room i was solicited by a woman that looked liked she had not slept for about 2 weeks straight. Once in the room i discovered it's floor had soft spots in more than a couple areas i walked. The door had gaps with cold air rushing into the room. The tv didnt work. The beds are mattresses sitting on top of a wooden structures with a sheet and blanket thats not much thicker than the sheet. Floors sink and shower were dirty. The toilet didnt flush and had old remains of toilet paper floating in it. I was tired from my trip and it was late so i wiped the shower with a towel then cleaned myself up and went to sleep. Woke up next morning to a roach crawling on my chest. As i was leaving i was solicited by another woman in the same room as the 1 from the night before. The door was wide open and i got a view of the 1st woman undressed on the bed that made me skip breakfast and lunch. Wont ever go back there.

I was just not comfortable with my stay at the motel 6. Are room was dirty and the bathroom light was messed. Behind the bed was really dirty. We could literally hear everything through the walls and outside.

WOW!!! If you enjoy the smell of a blunt w crack this place is for you. Decided to not stay and drive a little further. Long term renters that hang out on stair ways. ! I felt my odds were bad. DO NOT STAY HERE. I didn’t even ask for my money back. Was worth my $100 to get out of there quick

Although the night staff that helped me Jason was really nice the hotel was very small it did not have a microwave or refrigerator there was a hit and run literally 30 minutes after I got to the hotel the next day the Hotel was shot up and the police was on the scene when I got home from work it's very ghetto and it's not nowhere that I would advise people to have their kids but it is cheap and if you're not afraid of everybody looking at you as if you're an alien then you're okay

Let's start by saying I've stayed here before so I knew what I was expecting room wise and what is advertised is the room I expected, but didn't get. The clerk was rude... The water in the pool looks nice though.

The staff was courteous but the room I got had unglued baseboards and the door handle was broken. I was too tired from driving all day to change rooms that night so I didn’t ask for a different room. But they should not have assigned a room that wasn’t repaired.

This facility was simply "you get what you pay for". It was fine with that consideration: there were moth holes in the blanket. One of the lights over the bed didn't work. There were bugs in the bathroom. I won't stay HERE again, but I'm sure I'll reserve another room somewhere "on the cheap" that will have similar problems

Burn holes in bedding, hair on sheets, floors were dirty, obvious spills that were not cleaned. Property smelt of weed, other guest were VERY loud and walls are paper thin. Overall, dirty, gross, not a place you want to stay! Spend the extra $20 and get yiurself a good night's sleep

I was reluctant to book but I could see the sign from my brother’s room at the rehab center. I was really tired and glad there was a place to rest so convenient to UAB West. To my surprise, it was tidy and comfortable. And affordable. Just what I needed when I needed it. I wasn’t necessarily a fan of some of the folk lollygagging on the grounds but I suppose it’s no one’s fault I guess. I was comfortable in the room. I managed to get a good nights rest so I could journey on.

Roach hotel
The room had roaches and was supposed to be non smoking but the smell from smoke was so strong. We had to leave the door to let the room air out. Upon checkout we let the attendant know only to be told we have not been told there was roaches in that room
