First, clerk did not know if they had a laundry. I said it’s on your website and was why we chose this place. She finds it but machine will not work. We are on roadtrip and this is night planned for this. She said we have to wait until manager comes in at 8:30. There is no way we can do laundry in the morning. We expect full refund.

We passed by for work and stayed 5days. The property is under construction. They started after 10am and the noise wasn't as bad. Due to this there is no pool or hot breakfast. They give you a bag filled with a fruit, breakfast sandwich to heat in your microwave, a muffin and granola bar. Not to bad but they don't tell you this at check in. So if you go and want a hot breakfast (like they advertise) don't go. Other then that the room was clean the staff were nice. Would stay again

This property was very clean and the front desk staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the room had no bad odors. The breakfast was good. The pool was WAY too cold and we could not enjoy the 5 minutes we stood in it to our knees.

The staff was amazing; however, I was not happy about not getting the type of room I paid for. I actually paid for two beds not a king bed and let out bed, which was less than comfortable.

The hotel was good, overall. I found the bed pillows too soft...no support. The restaurants around the hotel were awful, even though they are all major brands.
