ITS GIVING MOTEL 6
It took me an extra 30 minutes to check in because they didn’t have the room cleaned so I checked in about 340. I was OK with the fact that they told me I was gonna have to use the key multiple times because the way their locks were not properly installed. When I got in the room, the refrigerator has a disgusting orange corrosion. I guess that the tub had as well. There was no shower curtain on the tub. The shower didn’t properly work when I attempted to turn the water on it was extremely hard and then it would not turn off. I had to call the property to get it turned off and it’s still Only went down to a drip. There was roaches baby ones going down the hall as I am making my way towards the room. It was not giving extended stay. It was giving Motel 6 and it was by far the worst stay I’ve had an extended stay, and I always stay at extended stay. I told people about this and I was supposed to be contacted within 72 hours and no one has said anything.

It is illogical that you go and ask when they are going to clean your room and they tell you that there are no cleaning services but you need towels and things for personal use and they tell you that you must pay for that

My stay was absolutely horrendous. I was locked out my room for over 3 hours due to no one being at the front desk. I called the number to notify someone my key was not working it took them three hours to give me a key, then after I got my key it was the malfunction of the door. I will not ever stay there again!!!!

Dirty toilet that had a dead bug, hole in the wall, broken smoke detector, dressers had old food stuck in them, the walls had food stuck on them,air conditioner didn’t work properly and my door I didn’t find out until my last night NEVER locked so when I left anyone could’ve came in and waited on me. I did not read the reviews and was the biggest mistake. Worst hotel I ever been. Wish I could insert pictures.

The staff was friendly, polite, and professional. I didn’t like that there was only one luggage cart. We were afraid to park on the back at night because of poor lighting and safety concerns. We did not notice any security cameras on the back. The first two dryers on the bottom would not dry clothes after $2.75 times 2. Room cards had to be rekeyed several times a day. This is a safety hazard when trying to access a door; especially the room door.

When I arrived at the hotel, they said they only had dirty rooms and none available, even though I had already paid for the room. I could not find another room in the city and had to drive for an hour. This experience makes me doubt Hotels.com. And I probably won’t use again.

We were never able to check in. At 6:30 p.m. approximately 30 minutes before we were to arrive (after a 5 hour car trip), the hotel called to tell us that there were no rooms and our reservation was cancelled.

It worked, but not well
This is a very basic hotel, but they will allow an 18 year old to check in. My son and his buddy planned a trip to visit his future college and they needed a place to stay overnight. They needed 2 beds, one bed was completely wrapped in plastic and then they had no sheets for the bed.

Never Again!
Wow! Don't go in with high expectations. This location is extremely short staffed. The check in process was hectic and took too long due to not enough staff and she literally said that they were double booked. It has no breakfast facilities available, no shower curtain, no coffee pot in rooms, not even samples of shampoo or conditioner. They claim to be a non- smoking hotel, but there was lots of smoking and not just cigarettes, you could tell there was weed and meth there too. The tv remote did not work, even after I changed the batteries. This place gave me the creeps! I will not return I seriously regret wasting my reward nights here, but am also glad I did not pay full price, because it definitely was not worth full price.

There was a few issues with my room by nothing that wasn’t able to be handled. Had a very bad ant invasion that took two applications of bug sprayed. The bathroom vent blew a fuse and didn’t work anymore so it made taking showers very hard to deal with the stem. On multiple occasions my keycard stopped working for me and had to get a new set a lot. Ultimately I wasn’t able to get anymore replacements and had to contact the front desk to be let into the building and my room even after hours. One occasion I was completely locked out in the middle of the week due to the staff failing to check me in and acting as if it was something I did wrong. All in all I didn’t complain because the staff was very helpful and apologetic for all inconvenience. So I respected the hard work and commitment from them.

I had a room reserved, but basically the hotel gave my room to someone else and told me that the room had been canceled. This was a very ugly situation because the area was sold out. I had traveled all day only to get to a location and not have a room. Extremely disappointing.
