This was our third or fourth visit to this Drury and it was just as good as the first ones. (When you're having this much fun...who's counting.)
To begin, the reception staff and management (specifically Matthew, Erika, and Dustin (Justin?)...I can never remember Navy vets names...sorry, brother...have all been extremely congenial, friendly, and welcoming. Other employees we met were just as polite.
Second...Breakfast and Dinner (I know, they call dinner "Kick-Back"... but it's dinner, y'all) and it is awesome. (Some days a bit better than others - Sunday is our favorite with Pasta Alfredo, Chicken strips, baked Potato, steamed Veggies, Salad, Chili (YUM!), hot dogs, salsa and corn chips...oh my, oh my!) And 3 free adult beverages! Wow.
Breakfast is darn good too: eggs, sausage patties, home-fries, biscuits, gravy, fresh fruit, oatmeal, grits (yes!) cold cereal, hot coffee, and cocoa, and milk, and juice, and yogurt....need I say more? Ok, I will....waffles (MYO), mini muffins and even more! Holy mackerel! (No, no fish).
Bed was a tiny bit soft for me...buy very, very comfortable; 5 pillows on the King bed---nice.
Bathroom - adequate, but I would prefer a sink in that room with the shower and toilet, rather than having to step into the adjacent "alcove" near the bed. But, it still works out.
Pool...exercise room....and more.
Oh yeah.....fresh, free popcorn (my wife's fave snack.)
