Like staying at the Doubletree, one thing I don't like is the $50 per night they charge me for a deposit, I am a long standing Hilton Honors member, I've been to many locations, never destroyed or taken anything that doesn't belong to me, and they still don't trust me. I think charging me a deposit is totally unnecessary.

There was some kind of bad smell in the room which was not going away for any reason. The bathroom curtains were very old and smelly too. And floor was dirty, and did not vacuum well. Otherwise everything else was okay.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel for years off and on but we will not be staying here again. The staff at the desk was very unprofessional, the hall leading to our room was filthy with trash all down the hall, wallpaper peeling up everywhere and mold in our shower. Very sad for such a nice hotel to be so bad now. Very disappointing

There was a prescheduled fire alarm test at 8 am that no guests were made aware of which caused mass panic all for nothing. After taking the stairs down 6 floors, we were told to go back up to our room.

We are big fans of Double Tree but the Bar/Restaurant staff at this location really let us down. During a road trip my husband arrived at about 9pm and made it a point to go down to the restaurant/bar before 10pm to grab dinner and a drink. The bartender told him it was last call after serving him one drink at 9:45, then proceeded to tell another patron that the bar closed at 11pm. He was told the restaurant was already closed so he was disappointed not to be able to have dinner. Moments later he heard the bartender and restaurant staff talking saying since it was slow they decided to close early, bragging on how they called the shots around there and could close anytime they wanted. This hotel was purposefully booked because of the restaurant and bar staying open late so it was frustrating to find out service was cut short by what seemed to be employees wanting to leave early.

The staff was very friendly. There were a lot of people checking in at once, but they remained patient & helpful. There was a soccer tournament going on so lots of kids were staying in the hotel. Our room was right off the elevator so it was noisy, but overall it was a good stay.

The hotel is located in a good/convenient area. The lobby area of the hotel was nice, however, the room cleanliness could be improved. I switched rooms because the first one had a musty smell. The room I was moved to also has that same smell but not as strong. My room door would not completely close on its own in neither room. And I noticed several other rooms like that as well. You shouldn’t have to pull and push for your to completely shut. Also, in 2024 the tvs should have streaming capabilities, cable only no longer suffices.

We arrived at 1am and we were checked in very fast. The room was clean and comfortable. We stopped here after driving for 9hrs and we were so happy the beds were so comfy !!

ooked a king suite and I got to the hotel and they told they only had 2 suites and one was under maintenance and the other one was booked. The front desk clerk told that they should have told me that when I booked or shouldn’t have let me book the room. Also the room didn’t have hot water for hours my first night. And the air in my room wasn’t working. It was my worst hotel experience
