"Lovely hotel and perfect location, but missed a warm connection The hotel is in a wonderful spot, just a stone's throw from Kunstsilo and Odderøya. The public areas looked so beautiful, and the cleanliness was absolutely excellent—compliments to the cleaning staff! As a traveler, I always look forward to my trips and love connecting with the people I meet. For me, a hotel should feel like a "home away from home" where you are greeted with an outgoing attitude and a friendly smile. After passing through the reception four times during the weekend, I just felt a lack of that natural warmth. Even though I know some hotels are in different price ranges, a smile and a welcoming energy don't cost anything. The hotel is great, but the front desk has a little way to go on the hospitality side to make guests feel truly welcome!"
