«Our room was severely damaged like it had been broken into. The main door did not close properly and the bathroom door handle was loose and did not lock. The couch was not as shown on the website and was a major downgrade. The hotel did not have a comparable room to change us to so we had to stay in that room. Very disappointing. That room should not be used until it is properly restored.»

«Loved this home! Clean, plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kids enjoyed the pool. SO close to Frankenmuth and the Birch Run outlet mall, which really cut back on our drive time.»

«This is a five star hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are really clean and very nice. Bed and pillows are soooo comfortable. Definitely would stay there again if we visited Saginaw again. Very quiet place.»
