Lovely spot, very relaxing,
Loved the place, the veranda surrounded by peppy trees was the perfect place to sit, relax and catch up with some friends, it was a bonus to be able to walk to the bowling club for dinner, fantastic meals had by all 😃

Binningup Treehouse Relaxer
Our 'tribe' of five adults & five kids (9-15) spent three lovely days in Binningup. The property is an 'upside downer in that the living , dining and kitchen are all upstairs amongst the tree canopy and the bedrooms downstairs. A great arrangement for a getaway. Accomodation was very comfortable with plenty of room for all to enjoy and even have some privacy too. The closely beach is lovely, appears very safe and has crystal clear water.

Warm welcome with a gift of wine, coffee pods and milk. Lots for the little ones to play with -the space is amazing it really did feel like we were in a massive tree house and lovely communication with Fran

Excellent home for family vacation
Excellent home we stayed over a long weekend. Location is great, walking distance to the beach and 30 mins from beautiful Ferguson Valley. Highly recommended, will return again soon :)

Cozy treehouse getaway
Fran is a lovely host & easy to get in contact with. The house is perfect for two families. Great location, such a lovely little town, the house has great views of it. Beautiful home. Fire place is lovely.

The perfect weekender
Once we sorted out the right access code(!) everything was great. The perfect spot for a family weekend. Close to beach in quiet surroundings and safe for children. Would highly recommend it for families.

Fantastic family getaway
We stayed here with one of our children and grandson. The house was amazing with all the homely features. It was very easy to check in and the communication with the owner was always very quick and friendly. The house was very well equipped with even a coffee maker. The kitchen utensils and crockery supply was super. The house was a little hot but cooled down when the louvres were opened. My grandson loved the birds coming into to use the feeder on the balcony. The beach at Binningup was exquisite and the playground amazing. Overall it was a great place to relax and destress.

Relaxing weekend
Great unique house. Awesome location, far enough from Perth but an easy drive. Very relaxing and peaceful amongst the trees with the nice open plan upstairs.

Fabulous getaway location
A great location less than 2 hours from Perth, on the coast, in the quiet town of Binningup, close to Bunbury and other bigger locations for shopping (Eaton), sightseeing (Ferguson Valley). House has multiple balconies to sit, morning or night. Well resourced kitchen with appliances etc made it easy to make meals to eat in. Will definitely be back.

Great Family holiday
We had a great time at the Tree House located near the beach. There was an abundance of games and DVD's for kids and adults and we all absolutely loved it. The house is very well stocked.. couldn’t ask for much more..

Home was beautifully presented with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable
only complaint was that on a very hot day the upstairs got very warm and there is no airconditioning., however it cooled down quickly in the evening once the sea breeze came in

Very relaxing
Great house to relax and unwind for the weekend. Comfortable and fully equipped. Walking distance to Binningup Beach and short drive to Harvey for some bush walking. The trees and windows surrounding the house create a beautiful atmosphere. We were a group of 4 couples and felt very comfortable.

Enjoyable Stay
House was very well presented and exceptionally clean. It is well located and offers great views from the balcony. Kitchen had adequate crockery, cutlery etc for our stay of 3 days for 4 couples. Would definately stay there again.
