We only stayed for one night while driving to NYC. We arrived past 1:00 am and we didn't have any problem at check-in. The room was ready for us. The included breakfast the next morning was very convenient. And we were pleasantly surprised by the property's condition. Thank you.

first room was dirty and the tub was broke. they changed my room and that tub was broken as well and the phone didn’t work and noise from highway was very loud.

I understand that you checked in early and didn't experience a problem until you tried to use the drain stopper in the tub about 9 hours later. The front desk assisted you with a new room directly across the hall and never heard any dissatisfaction from the room change. I am sorry you had trouble working the drain stopper in both rooms. We will look into getting some that are more user friendly.

The people working there were friendly and helpful. It was very quiet at night even with being so close to the highway. Breakfast was great in the morning. Just what my family needed before heading out for a day of travel.

Was not greeted by employee upon arrival. He just asked for license & credit card. Did not inform me where anything is located at the property or about breakfast. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was ripped all along the top, back of door was filthy & a mirror was as well. Decorative pillows also were stained. There was another staff member at the desk that was very friendly, wish I had her name to compliment her. The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly as well. I am a travel agent & I do not think I would recommend this property to my clients.

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows too. No amenities other than shampoo and conditioner ( no toothpaste etc). Room size was good , lighting and space was fine. No closet . The plugs didn’t work, the plug would fall out of the wall. Very small lobby and no real common area. If we wanted to hang out in the common area the front desk was literally right there. Maybe 2 feet away. $3 for a soda in the lobby. The rug was wet from them cleaning the rugs earlier in day. Blankets were scratchy and thin. It was ok for a budget hotel but for $125 on a weeknight was hoping for more.

There is a sign in the guest room that says if you forgot something we may have please call the front desk. The front desk has an array of complimentary items such as toothpaste. I am sorry that you missed the built-in closet space as it is in every guest room. We will inspect the outlets in that room to ensure that they are working properly. Needed a room for the night for a business trip and this hotel fit the bill. Clean room, a/c-heating unit worked beautifully, 24hr coffee and tea bar was a nice touch. I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast as I had to leave at the time breakfast was starting but the spread looked nice, I was able to grab a muffin and a coffee for the go. Overall, a nice clean stay.

The hotel is located right by I-86 entrance ramp and half of the property has no sound barrier. The room is so noisy around 6-7 when we first check in. Ask for a different/possibly quieter room and was offered no better options. Waited till 9 o'clock in the night and it is not getting any better so we decided to leave - at which point suddenly there are some other rooms available that might be better - except that we already made up our mind to leave. It would have been helpful if the better room were offered the first time we asked. Would not recommend this place or any Microtel for that matter.

Under amenities I had selected EV charging, but when I got to the hotel none were available, so had to make a new reservation with a different hotel that offered chargers. I will have to request a refund from Expedia.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Basic queen room was small. Breakfast was included, but very basic and very limited gluten free choices. Highway noise was a bit disturbing. Our biggest problem was getting to the hotel. Poor street signs, so gps had us going in circles in rain and fog, which was very frustrating. Not the hotel’s fault, but this might result in some guests not returning or recommending to others.
