Check-in ladies are great! But when we went for breakfast at 6:30, staff told us breakfast doesn’t open until 7. I’m sure that’s fine for all the guests partying & maki g noise at 1am but not for early travelers like us. BTW - everything looked already out for breakfast so the staff member could have been accommodating but chose not to be. Ripped off - breakfast not included!

I am sorry we did not meet your expectations during your recent stay. Our breakfast hours are Monday through Friday from 6 to 9 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 to 10 a.m.

We were very disappointed upon arrival to find only 1 pool instead of the 14 expedia advertised. After travelling for a few days in a car we booked this place so that our child could get some energy out only to be deceived by inaccurate advertising. Check in and service were outstanding.

Comfortable, easy overnight stopover
Comfortable room, array of excellent breakfast options. Very helpful staff, most especially Claire at the front desk. If you’re traveling through Binghamton, this is a great choice for a stopover.
