Sea Breeze Condominiums are the ONLY condominiums located directly ON THE BEACH in Biloxi, Mississippi. You do NOT need to cross a street to get to the beach. The white sands of the beautiful gulf coast await you right in your backyard. Take a stroll on the new boardwalk to nearby restaurants for magnificent food and/or live music. It is a secure gated community with your private covered parking space. There are TWO SALTWATER POOLS, one of which is heated in the winter months. A fully equipped FITNESS CENTER with TWO SAUNAS is also located on the property. You can also find BARBEQUE PITS and picnic tables on the beach behind the complex. Attractions nearby include casinos, numerous restaurants, live music, golf, fishing, shopping, museums, and art galleries.

A coastal theme is carried throughout the unit. Our 2-BEDROOM, 2-BATH CONDO is the largest of the 2-bedroom floor plans. It sleeps 4 people and features a king size bed in the MASTER BEDROOM with floor-to-ceiling windows which allow you to see amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. It has an ensuite bathroom with a jetted garden tub and separate shower. The SECOND BEDROOM accommodates a very comfortable queen size bed. The attached bathroom has the ability to be closed off and used as a private bath. Both bedrooms have smart TVs and wood flooring.

The KITCHEN is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. Appliances include a blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. You can also find lovely granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances in our kitchen. Our unit has a LAUNDRY ROOM with a full-size washer and dryer. An ironing board and iron is also available for your use.

Fabulous views are seen from the spacious DINING/LIVING ROOM area which also has wood floors. Eating at the dining room table is most enjoyable with the gulf view in sight. The LIVING ROOM features a 65" smart TV and upscale furniture, including a rocker swivel recliner next to the sliding glass door to catch all the amazing views. Step out to the PRIVATE BALCONY to enjoy the view, a meal, or just to relax. Enjoy complimentary cable and Wi-Fi access in our 1427 sq. ft. condo.

SPECIAL NOTES:

Guest must be a minimum age of 25 to rent this property. The guest's name on the reservation must be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved time period. No third party rentals.

Guest must also provide a state issued photo ID matching the name on the credit card used for payment within 24 hours of making the reservation. This is required to book the reservation.

Guest must read, acknowledge and agree to our Rental Agreement.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in our unit or on the balcony.

NO PETS allowed. YOU WILL BE INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY IF PETS ARE FOUND IN THE UNIT AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.
