Like a detached house, LAC CASA 60’ occupies the ground floor of a villa, whilst we live on the upper floor.
Private entrance with a separate gate and 2 parking spaces.
Enjoy a 60 m² covered terrace with a plancha, garden furniture, a family-sized table and views of the lake – ideal even in rainy weather.
The enclosed garden features a swing and herbs for guests to use.

The interior has been renovated in a cosy 1960s style:

LAC CASA 60' is entirely private (entrance, terrace and barbecue area). Only the side garden with the swing is shared with the owners.
