«職員相當有禮，房間10分整潔，性價比高»

«If your going to look at all the electronic markeds this shotel is perfect. Great view. Great staff. One of the woman from the reception recognized us at the evening and walked with us sall the way to the hotel to make sure we didnt get lost. And Jonathan from the reception helped us with getting a driver to HK Airport. Great experience with it all»

«Room was spacious and clean, excellent layout. Staff was excellent. Shopping not convenient, no large shopping mall nearby.»

«Great Hotel,»

«By far the best hotel in Shenzhen. Fantastic service and extremely well maintained. Exceeding all my expectations even for a St Regis quality.»

«Clean room, simple, and several shopping malls nearby. The free laundry service is excellent, with 5 washers and dryers. Staff will deliver your clothes to your room when done, or neatly fold them into a laundry bag if they’re busy. The air conditioning automatically switches off when you press the cooler button, which I personally don’t really like, but it’s not a big issue. The shower tiles are not too slippery, and the toilet and shower are separated. The hair dryer is good, strong and not ...

«It’s located right at the heart of electronic markets, the best being right next to it. Metro station and hotel entry face each other and the view from my room window was awesome. Highly recommended.»

«Great service. Great staffs. Sound barrier is kind of not good. I think it may be the design of the Aircon vent»

The only complain is the AC in the room doesn't keep stable temperature over night and the hot water for the shower is somewhat hard to adjust the right temperature. This maybe just my issue but worth noting.»

«Veldig smakfullt innredet hotell 5 minutter fra t-banestasjonen "Gangxia North". Rommelig rom.

«The only thing about this hotel that might deserve 4 stars was the bedroom. The room was clean, spacious and had all that was necessary. The gym and wellness "spa" was a strange labyrinth of rooms on 35th floor with young guys and girls demanding tips before lifting a finger. The selection for breakfast was actually quite ok, but in the restaurant there were so many fruit flies, it was difficult to stomach your food. Ended up with a coffee and a tub of yoghurt. Some of the staff also seemed ...
