This perfect vacation spot features a modern home with a game room, charming cabana (both with full kitchens), and two queen sleeping cabins. Outdoor fun includes a huge yard, volleyball, horseshoes, hot tub, canoe, kayaks, grill, and seating. Private dock with boat moorage and full RV hookup available. The ideal spot for families, reunions, and groups. Max 20 guests.

House is air conditioned with 1 king suite, comfy couch bed and a small loft with full size mattress, second bath/ laundry and large game room with pool table and additional sleeping couch. Two newly remodeled sleeping cabins make up the additional `bedrooms`. Both with queen beds and amazing views down by the water. They are not attached to house and have electricity however no running water or air conditioning in them. There is an additional shower house and laundry which makes up the fourth bathroom and stand up shower. The Cabana is airconditioned, newly remodeled and very charming. Cabana has one queen bedroom, full size bath with stand up shower , full kitchen and living room with additional super comphy queen size murphy bed in a cabinet. Keep your boat tied to the dock or pull it out, property is right next door to quiet rural boat launch. Jump in your boat and head 10 min south to Flathead Lake and Bigfork or cruise nearly all the way to Kalispell on the river taking in all the amazing views you couldn`t see any other way. Centrally located to Glacier National Park, Whitefish Mountain Resort, Big Sky Water Slides, 8 golf courses, shopping, sightseeing, swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, rafting, hiking, zip lining, horseback riding, bowling and more! Home and Cabana are equipped with `starter supplies` such as paper and cleaning products, linens, and towels. We will not be restocking those items during your stay. Both kitchens come with standard amenities, coffee maker, and utensils. Should you need more specific items please do not hesitate to ask and we will supply them if possible. This property is equipped with WIFI for your convenience. The property is great for kids but the shoreline is not fenced and the use of the viewing deck is to be used at parents discretion.

A quiet time after 10 pm to 8 am needs to be observed. Be respectful to neighbors at all times.
Must be at least 25 yrs old to rent. A respectful quiet time needs to be observed after 10 and before 8 . No driving on the yard. Gatherings only allowed with permission. Note: If damage exceeds damage deposit coverage, `Guest` will be personally responsible for any and all additional cost. Outdoor games, chairs, lifejackets are available for use however if not stored properly and allowed to blow away or be damaged the cost of replacement will be deducted from deposit. If not checked out on time or there is excessive cleaning guest may be charged additional cleaning fees.
