«The ocean view was nice. I didn't realize that there's no beach there. The water comes up to the rocks that are against the foundation. The neighborhood is mixed, with a beautiful property on one side and an abandoned house on the other. The room itself was painted white with no decorations or pictures on the wall.»

«Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. My boyfriend and I are smoker but never smoked in the room I even clean the room and even threw away the trash the room was clean it didn’t smell nothing like cigarettes or weed but still got charge $75 a smoking fee, I know it’s all business but it’s not right. »

«We absolutely loved staying at LoveSoulBeautiful in Luquillo. The area is very easy to walk around and find restaurants and shops. You can be at the beach in 30 seconds. It looked exactly like the pictures. Molly and Pedro are incredibly kind and had our unit stocked with coffee, teas, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sugar scrub etc. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a place I've stayed more. »

«Severely overpriced. Stuffy room with smelly blankets. No way to air it out. Shower drain stopped up with previous guests' hair and that flooded the bathroom. The code for the pool didn't work and I had to call the mgt. for the new one. The corkscrew/bottle opener was broken. Over four nights there was no housekeeping. The "pool" is too small to do anything more than sit. Decor ugly. We had to keep calling for enough coffee pods.»

«We were very lucky with an incredible butler at The Villages in Timothy who took care of everything during our stay allowing us to relax. However, we were very disappointed in the water park not being open due to low water and none of the hot tubs working. We selected the resort for the water park. The location and view is paradise imagined and the resort is wonderfully designed. However, for the price per night I would expect the food to be better and for the place to have better up keep. »
