IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY:
Age & Occupancy: The booking tenant must be 25 years or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the stay. This property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and not for worker housing.
Peak Season Monthly Bookings: All bookings from December through March must be for the entire month, starting at the beginning and ending at the end of the month. Consecutive months may be booked if they follow this requirement. Bookings that do not adhere to this policy are subject to cancellation. If you are interested in alternative dates, please contact us for approval before booking.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors.
Pet Policy: Sea-Esta will consider your furry companions on a case by case basis. Please reach out if you are interested in bringing a pet(s) and, if approved, there is a pet fee of $10/night pet fee. To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport. Guests will simply submit "household pet" information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, and only requires creating an account if you're bringing a pet or animal. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, and the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay.
Boating & Dockage Advisory: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to ensure that your boat can safely navigate local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking. While we are happy to provide general information based on our knowledge of the area, guests must exercise extreme caution when boating and ensure all activities comply with local regulations.
Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, and other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent and keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.
Construction & Renovation Notice: Due to ongoing growth in the Florida Keys, renovations, construction, and road repairs may occur without prior notice. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, iTrip Key West is not liable for any inconveniences caused by nearby construction.

We had a great stay at this property. The 30 per day fee to heat the pool was very excess considering the heater was set to run only 8 hours per day. And some days it only ran an hour, just a complete waste of 840. Other than that the property was great.
We enjoyed our stay at Sea-Esta. The location was perfect for our fishing plans, and the house was stocked well with appliances and kitchen wares. We were able to dock our boat and the use of the bait freezer was nice. The i-Trip staff was responsive to all our questions. However, there were a few items that made our stay uncomfortable. First, the pool temperature is set at 85 degrees. While this sounds warm, it is not, especially for toddlers. We asked a couple of times for the temperature to be increased to 89 or 90 but was told it was under owner control and not able to be increased. This was especially frustrating because we had inquired about a previous negative review before booking and was told it was unrealistic because it was May air temps compared to water temperature. Since we rented in January, this was absolutely not the case. The pool is always in the shade, so it gets no natural heat. A total waste of the additional 840 we paid for the month. We highly advise you to not pay the extra for the pool.Secondly, the house air-conditioned temperature is regulated remotely by the owners and set with a password. Initially the house was hot and very humid. We had several sleepless nights until the management company finally got them to let us decrease the temperature. But there were several times we would turn it down and it would mysteriously go back up. While we understand their desire to make sure the house is not abused, it was very frustrating.
