«Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.»

«The front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition.»

«Excellent bed. For me currently suffering reduced mobility, it was inconvenient that I could not get a room reasonably close to the only elevator. Also, the bathroom sink drain should have received attention from a plumber prior to checking in. But the hot water shower compensated. Inconvenient that the only reasonable access to the hotel is driving north on 13th E ; the closest street light is set for through trafic and in effect prevents making a left turn close to the hotel. «No pool. The rooms are extremely dirty. One housekeeper was extremely rude to me when I reported I found a bed bug in my bed. She came in yelling at me and tossing the sheets around after I had already given the bug in tissue to the man at the front desk. The lampshades were covered in filth as well as many other issues.»
