«This was a very frustrating stay and not what I expected from a Hilton property.
Our bathroom sink was leaking continuously underneath the vanity, to the point where we had to use towels and a bucket to catch the water for the entire stay. This made the bathroom difficult to use and felt unsanitary. This is a basic maintenance issue that should have been resolved before assigning the room.

«It was total chaos. They were overbooked by 20 rooms. This was due to huge event going on in town. Thankfully, I was able to get a room. However, it was not the room I requested. We were four people to one queen size bed. When we warned our room was not clean due to minimum staff working. And they weren’t lying.
