The Space:

Knotty-pine walls and wood-beam ceilings give this chalet classic Big Bear charm. The open living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace, and it flows into the dining area and kitchen.



Kitchen: remodeled, with granite countertops, a live-edge wood breakfast bar with stools, stainless appliances, oven and range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender, plus dishes, pots, pans and spices.



Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed each, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are provided.



Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a glass walk-in shower.



Fun: free Ms. Pac-Man arcade.



Outdoors: a private hot tub in a large fenced yard among the pines, with outdoor seating, a picnic table and a BBQ grill.



Also: Spectrum Wi-Fi up to 500 Mbps, smart TVs for your favorite streaming apps, and a washer and dryer.



Guest Access:

Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole home and the fenced yard are yours. Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway, per Big Bear Lake city ordinance (no street parking).



The Neighborhood:

A tranquil, tree-lined neighborhood near Bear Mountain. Walk to the Bear Mountain shuttle stop, or take a short drive to Bear Mountain Resort, the golf course, the Big Bear Alpine Zoo, and the Village shops and restaurants.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around. In ski season, the Bear Mountain shuttle stop is a short walk away. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.



Other Things to Note:

We don't provide firewood; Duraflame logs work great in the fireplace. Big Bear has no home trash pickup, so please take trash to the free Garstin Rd trash site (41974 Garstin Rd). At 6,500 feet, the fridge takes 12–24 hours to cool warm items. No pets.
