Welcome to your cozy farmhouse retreat in Big Bear, perfect for large groups and families! This single-story home offers a spacious and comfortable stay for everyone. With a floor plan that feel much larger.

A Single-story home with 4 bedrooms, and 2 modern bathrooms. A split floor plan with 2 bedroom and a bathroom, on each side of the house with the kitchen and living room in the center. A printed floor plan is shown in the photo collection.

Open-concept living space with comfortable leather sofas, large flat screen TV, connected to the kitchen.

Kitchen:
A fully equipped kitchen ready for all your culinary needs.

Entertainment:
A dedicated game room with two sets of built-in double-sized bunk beds, provides a fun zone for kids and adults alike.

Amenities:
For your convenience, the home includes an in-unit washer and dryer and high-speed WiFi.

Outdoor Space:
Step outside into your private, cedar-fenced yard to unwind in the jetted hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or cook memorable meals on the BBQ grill.

Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and property throughout their stay.

Check-in:
Easy self check-in upon arrival. Verified via external video without disrupting your stay.

Interaction with guests:
We respect our guests' privacy but are available via the app or phone if you need anything during your stay. You will also receive a link to our special guest site that contains user manuals and the information needed for the home.

We want to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable visit.

Parking:
Ample parking is available for up to 5 vehicles right in front of the house.

EV Charging:
We offer a standard Level 2 EV charger with a J1772 connector, compatible with most non-Tesla EVs.

Tesla owners will need their provided adapter for their car to connect to the J1772 connector. But, please remember to remove your personal adapter and always keep it in your car.

Pet-Friendly:
We are happy to welcome your furry friends with you! We do limit a few breeds (normally not traveled with) To ensure a smooth visit, we’ve partnered with BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening) to collect pet and animal information.

Kid-Friendly:
The home is well-suited for families with children. They love the bunk room and all of the giant sized toys.

Winter weather can bring snow and ice. The road to the house is plowed, but please plan accordingly and consider travel insurance for winter bookings.

Tire chains may be required during storms, as determined by CalTrans and or the county Sheriff’s.
