Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people & 3 cars(in the winter it may only accommodate 2 cars due to snow). (Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person.) Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no money back.

We also have a Minut decibel meter outside on the back deck. Minut is 100% privacy compliant- and cannot record conversations- it only reports noise levels so we have proof in case neighbors or Code Enforcement makes a complaint.
