The space
This quaint, two-story cabin has two spacious bedrooms upstairs, while the main floor features a comfortable living room with a queen pull-out couch. For an extra bit of fun, explore the bonus game room in the backyard, complete with a TV, couch bed, and small heater. With a coffee bar, modern amenities, and a BBQ grill, this cabin is stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy outdoor dining with loved ones in a peaceful mountain setting.

Please note:
- Weather Check: Be sure to check weather conditions for Big Bear before your visit. Snow chains, winter boots, and extra layers may be necessary in colder months.

- Trash: We kindly request that guests take out the trash upon departure.

- Heating & Cooling: The cabin has a wall heater and gas fireplace but no AC; the space heats quickly and stays cozy.

- No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the property.
- We do not allow party speakers, DJ, karaoke
- No music outside at all times
- No fireworks
- No unauthorized guests without letting the host know
- No shampoos, lotions or bath bombs are allowed inside the hot tub

Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to our approval. Early check-in is $30 per hour, and late check-out is $33 per hour.

Hosts and owners are not responsible for your or your guests' safety inside or outside the property. You understand the risk of drowning in the hot tub and take full responsibility. Children should not be left unattended in the backyard or near the hot tub at any time.

This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

As an alternative, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party insurance provider:
